Patrick Sullivan

Chief Operating Officer
Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Patrick held the title of Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management at Primaris Retail Real Estate Investment Trust.  Patrick entered the real estate business in 1993 and has held increasingly senior positions at a number of real estate companies during his career including Oxford Properties, Bentall Real Estate Services and Laing Property Corporation with a specific focus on regional enclosed shopping centres.  Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Toran Eggert

Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management
Toran has national oversight of leasing, operations, development, construction and design. Her experience includes shopping centre development, construction, leasing, merchandising, acquisitions, franchising, operations, international license agreements and non-traditional development. Toran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McMaster University, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres, Toronto CREW, and is the Broker of Record for Org Leasing Inc.

Brenda Huggins

Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Brenda has over twenty years of experience in human resources.  She was formerly Director, Human Resources at Primaris REIT and prior to that Director, Human Resources for Home Depot Canada.  She has also held Human Resources positions in various industries including banking, manufacturing, and health care.  Brenda earned her CHRM from Fanshawe College and is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University.

Mordecai Bobrowsky

Vice President, Legal
Mordy is responsible for all legal affairs of Primaris, including issues related to leasing, acquisitions, operations and development. Prior to joining Primaris, Mordy held similar positions at a TSX-listed real estate company and another of Canada’s leading REITs. Mordy started his career at a recognized Bay street law firm, specializing in commercial leasing. He graduated from the joint LLB/MBA program at Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business.

Alan Dillabough

Vice President, Development and Construction (East)
Alan is responsible for overseeing and leading all Development and Construction projects in the Eastern Canada including Master Planning, Redevelopment and Value Add strategies. Prior to joining Primaris, he spent 10 years at Redcliff Realty Group, most recently as Vice President of Development Services and has 20 years of industry experience in acquisitions, asset management and development.  Alan holds a Masters of Urban Planning from Dalhousie University.

Don Gregory

Vice President, Development and Construction (West)
Don has thirty years of experience in the development and operation of commercial retail and office real estate. Don and his team are responsible for overseeing all property redevelopment, expansion and densification initiatives across the Western Canada portfolio along with seeking out new value opportunities. Previously, Don has held progressive positions in both Property Operations and Construction with other major developers across Western Canada. Don holds both a CDP, CRX and RPA designation within the industry.

Gord Howells

Vice President, Information Technology
Gord is responsible for executing the corporate technology strategy and oversees Primaris’ business information, marketing and analytics systems.  In his twenty-year IT career, he has extensive experience developing and executing technology strategies in a diverse range of business environments.  Prior to entering the real estate business, he held a senior technology role directing IT growth and innovation at one of Canada's premier public attractions.  Gord is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, and is a board member of the Realcomm real estate advisory council.

Michael Seid

Vice President, Finance
Michael has responsibility for consolidated financial reporting, treasury, ERP Systems and payroll.  He has held various progressive positions at Primaris since joining the company in 2005.  Michael obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1998 and is an MBA graduate of the University of Toronto.
