Primaris Retail REIT is committed to generating stable and rising income from a portfolio of Canadian shopping centres. The portfolio will be expanded in a timely and accretive manner through select acquisitions.

Primaris Retail REIT was formed in July 2003 with a portfolio of six properties in five markets. Following recent acquisitions, Primaris now owns 29 principal properties and several smaller properties in 22 markets. The portfolio consists of approximately 11.1 million square feet of retail space which is virtually fully leased.
