Claire Mahaney

Ms. Mahaney has close to two decades of real estate capital markets experience, including establishing Real Asset Strategies Inc.​ She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration — Finance and Marketing — from Coastal Carolina University and a Masters in Financial Management from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya. She is a CFA charter holder and an FSA Credential Holder from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board. ​Ms. Mahaney previously led Investor Relations at Crombie REIT. Prior to that, she was part of the strategy and research team at Cadillac Fairview and a REIT analyst at Sentry Investments (now CI Financial), analyzing and recommending global real estate investments.
