As proud members of the communities we operate in, we are here to serve you during this crisis. In an effort to provide support beyond the individual conversations and initiatives we are putting in place with our tenants and in our communities, we have created this page to help our customers and tenants get the information they need to manage this crisis and the challenging recovery period to follow.
We are doing our best to keep you informed of all developments throughout this crisis. For updates from across our national property portfolio, look to our individual property websites.

Re-opening Statement - May 4, 2020
Like all Canadians, we at Primaris are eager for a return to a more normal way of life and for business to reopen across Canada. This is a challenging time for all Canadians, including our tenants, many of whom are small businesses and all of whom play an important role in their local community.
Many provinces have begun to ease restrictions, including Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. We support the phased approaches being taken by each province, which allow businesses to begin reopening and employees to return to work while ensuring the public’s safety.
Though we look forward to getting back to business, the safety of our customers, tenants, employees and the public is our priority. We are following all guidelines set forth in each province’s individual reopening plan. After each announcement is made, we take immediate action to update our pandemic response plan and clearly define what measures to put in place to keep the community safe. Our tenants are important partners in this process as well, as they are responsible for following guidelines within their space. We have already begun conversations with them at a national and local level so that we can work together to enact these measures.
This situation is ongoing and will continue to evolve. We monitor it closely and are in regular dialogue with governmental authorities and our tenants so that we can remain responsive as it does. We will continue to update our re-opening plan as new information becomes available and will proceed with the utmost caution in our response to the plans of public health authorities and government.
